Not much of a story. Just always been skinny since I was young. I try to follow diets to gain weight but I can never stick to them. I saw a dietician when I was young but it didn’t help. Now everyone thinks I’m sick when they see me. It doesn’t bother me too much because I’m used to it but I do want to gain a little weight just so I don’t feel so weak. Guys, how do you do it? It's always the same to me, I'm at 21.3 bmi and I've been trying to restrict since July, I do fine the first day, the second one but he third is always really shitty, and the days after that, I eat like shit at least three days more and then I start dietitian again. My BMR is around 1300 and my tdee 1500, I usually try to eat 1000 calories so it's not hat I'm trying to cut so much and eat 500 calories a day.

okay, here's the thing - 1000 is still very little

the only way you'll be able to realistically subsist on that (and not feel like fucking shit) is to let the calories be mostly fat, protein and veg

avoid sugar and processed food at all costs, but don't beat yourself up for eating something "bad" occasionally (for example, when you're with other people and everyone is stuffing themselves)

the trick to stop binging for me is to eat really clean, but not less than 1200 cals (except for a few times a week maybe) and to forgive yourself when you do binge, without making excuses

what you're doing is clearly not working, and won't in the long run, if you keep going "THIS TIME I'm gonna be skinny!" and then giving up because you feel like death

Yes, my face is a lot different after losing weight. It just takes time. Genetics determine where you lose weight first.

Your weight is already fairly low (depending on your height), you might be at a point where restricting might give you too little calories so you might wanna eat closer to maintenance (say <250 under instead of the usual recommended ~500 under) and exercise. I like intermittent fasting and exercising (cardio + weights + stretching). Keto is also popular around here but I personally don't do it because I like fruit too much.

I would think it depends a lot on how your body stores fat. You also obviously won't be able to lose the actual mammary glands.

I agree that fasting a few days at a time is dumb though. I've done it and the first few days are the hardest, then it gets easier. Eating super clean on keto and I actually find it difficult to reach 1200 calories per day. Most days I eat less than 800, eating 3 meals, and feel full. It took me an entire month to lose 2 kg after that.
I think my "ideal" weight is around 47-49 but I felt better about myself and had more energy at 45kg.

I did the ABC diet, the "Ana Boot Camp" diet. I got to week 5 because it's fucking brutal. I got really sick at the end of 5 weeks. I would recommend doing a week of ABC, and then eating under 1K for a week, and then ABC again. That might work better and lead to a reduced chance of feeling sick.

One of my friends knew about my ED and knew he couldn't help me so he eased the pain by... going for walks with me. It was a fantastic distraction, honestly. I don't know his logic. We're not friends anymore though.
