This is weird as fuck. He's so close to NOT being numale (not balding, doesn't have a dirty beard), but he has so many small things that add up that he's almost TRYING to be numale.

I know exactly what you're talking about. The guy in OP probably at least has hope, though, compared to some. I'm honestly torn on his glasses, part of me likes those frames, part of me thinks he should wear something completely different, and part of me says he should just go for contacts.

Weight loss is probably the main thing to help the guy, though.
