This is my situation, I'm a grown ass man and I have a briefcase for work, but I use my north face back pack for day trips, shopping, etc. It's essential in a city that 99% of the time requires public transit to get anywhere.

I want to replace it with something nicer, I'm considering Herschel or Kanken though I'm open to other suggestions.

I bike to work so I a backpack is the only option I have. The one I have atm is really shitty but I don't know what else to get.
I was thinking something like this:

It's waterproof and light reflective. But it doesn't really look that amazing. What brands make nice looking backpacks that are actually built to last?
