I started at 80kg, first goal was 65kg, I got there and now I'm floating about 68kg. I wanted to get super ripped but I lost all motivation somehow. I'm pretty happy just sitting at what is like 10-11% body fat. I know if I diet I can lose up to 1kg or more a week and get very very lean if I wanted to.

Also my skin is getting tighter so although I am the same weight I am looking leaner every month, although that effect has about worn off by now, but still its good.

In any case, my point was just that everyone, even people of approximately the same height, looks different at the same weight because it's dependent on multiple factors, so there's no way to really say without a picture. Does anyone have high-fat food suggestions that are still healthy?
I'm taking Accutane and I have to eat it with high-fat foods for it to absorb. I'm planning on fasting all day and eating all my calories at dinner with the pills.

One problem: Avocados & Salmon are too expensive at the moment, I'm allergic to peanuts and tree nuts and I'm trying to avoid dairy because of problems with my tonsils...

I've let myself go and gained a disgusting amount of weight mostly because I can barely feel anything nowadays and binging/purging is one of the few ways for me to get my kicks. I don't know how much I weighed at my thinnest but I would assume around 86 lbs or so. damn, i have ocd, too, which i believe actually has influenced my "disordered" eating habits more than any potential eating disorder. i wouldn't even qualify for any eating disorder. it's mostly health obsessions that sometimes involve an extreme fear of being unhealthily overweight and whatnot which incline me to restrict calories and junk food. just wait it out and continue to lose slowly, or begin to do intermittent fasting, or eating one meal a day. exercising isn't something i do either. but i'm the anon that just fasted for 2 days, i think my ocd is all that allows me to fast because i become extremely focused and nothing gets in my way once i'm set on something like that. you're doing fine though, don't worry. ocd is living hell, i'm sorry you have to deal with this as well. if you truly have 'hit a wall,' i recommend intermittent fasting / one meal per day.

I've always been a naturally thin 6'4" 140lbs but I've started having to take prednisone and I'm getting moon face. Really jowely right now.

When a patient has an eating disorder but isn't at a critical weight, professionals have all the time they need to treat the core of the illness. When a patient is severely underweight, they have to be re-fed because they will die before therapy (or other treatment) starts being effective.

For example, Bulimia and Anorexia Binge-Purge Subtype are pretty much the same symptoms, but one patient has to be re-fed while the other doesn't.
