He had just viewed Werner Herzog's 1977 film Stroszek and listened to Iggy Pop's album The Idiot. His wife found Curtis's body the next morning; he had used the kitchen's washing line. Well my country has one of the highest suicide ratings in the europe so I can tell you some really unique ways They did in my town.
One locked himself in freezer+his doughter (my schoolmate) found him
One special character did this: released the gas for some time, than hanged himself and shoot himself at the same time (nobody knows why)
He blew up half of the house, leaved his wife with ruined house but became a legend sonehow
