Ok so my body shape is pretty fucked /fa/m. Bad genetics and also me falling for the lifting/squats meme has made my legs, especially thighs, bigger than a T-Rex's. How do I reverse these gains? The quads literally protrude out and although it looks pretty good when naked they bulge out of jeans/pants and ruin my proportions. I can't fit into effay pants anymore. My waist is like a 30 but to accomodate my thighs I would need like a 33-34. If I just did straight up long distance cardio every day/ eat at caloric deficit would the muscle eventually go away so my legs don't look as retarded anymore? thanks

You're probably just fat.

500 calorie deficit and a lot of cardio. Stop working legs obviously.

Been eating under 900 cal nearly every day for over 3 months, just started working our regularly though. Still 200 pounds ( Both my Brother and father have very large legs and broad shoulders.

Yes, cardio and caloric deficit is the way to go.

I'm not skeleton mode obviously but I don't think I'm fat. I lift/squat a lot and its obviously muscle I need to lose, at least on my lower body, because I can see the quads protruding out. Will caloric deficit still work to break down fat?

Get athletic style levis. Stop wearing skinny jeans and problem solved.
