What is your experience with WhiteStrips/tooth whitening?
>which regimen did you buy?
>how long did your teeth stay white?
>Crest or generic brand?
>gum/tooth sensitivity?
>bright white vs. off-white?
etc.

I used the ones you posted and was very happy with the results although i'd like to use them again for another boost and to prolong the whiteness. Cost me £40 shipped from America.

One thing I will say though is that towards the end of having one on, say after 30 mins to an hour depending on which ones you get, you can get a really sharp pain in your teeth which genuinely makes your entire body stiffen. It's fucking horrendous and you do get aftershocks once you take them off but then you're fine again after like 5 mins after taking them off.

Some people would advocate for the use of a mild painkiller before application, such as an ibruprofen or something and I have followed such advice to the desired outcome but in my opinion the pain goes quick and is bearable due to this although, like I said the pain is horrible

it's bad but it lasts for 3 seconds so it's fine really

the pain probably varies per person, i used these and while i did experience some discomfort it wasn't too bad
