As someone who's recently acquired a problem with binging after achieving and maintaining a bmi of almost 16 for a fair bit of time, just go on like normal tomorrow. If I could have just shrugged it off and continued like normal after my first binge, I wouldn't be where I am now. I was at around 119 pounds at 6 feet tall, but now I'm back to 124, and it's almost all fat, no muscle.

Anyway, here's what I wish I had done, take from it what you will.
>Forget the fact that I went so far over and carry on like normal instead of heavily restricting and trying to work off the 2000ish calories I went over by in a couple of days
>Don't obsess over calories quite so much, so I don't get stuck in a cycle of binge -> feel like shit -> restrict to work it off ->lose control and eat a ton again -> try to restrict again -> binge some more -> etc.
If I had to have made an adjustment, I should have gone back to intermittent fasting sooner to allow me to eat lots more food in one sitting and feel more full after lunch/dinner. If I could have taken a more laid back approach the first time and just let myself slowly get back down from the first, like, half pound, I think things would have turned out differently.

Yes, you eat nothing for a defined period of time, in my case I do it for 48 hours every Sunday. (Last meal at 9-10 am on Saturday and first one Monday at the same time.) You don't drink juices, maybe lemon water but I'm not sure. I just drink plain water. Why, it depends on who's doing it. Some are doing it to lose weight, some to clean their body, some to eat a little more on other days. I'm not concerned of the sugar the way you think. It's because when fasting, you don't eat calories, at the risk of breaking your fast, and the benefits it might give you. I always see men eat massive portions and try to justify it with “men eat more” when it’s clear that they don’t need that much fucking food. Okay, can we talk about this? Because it fucking pisses me off.

Back in high school and Jr. High, there was an endless supply of cute boys I could fall in love with. They were cute, skinny, and optimistic with this type of energy that just forced you to fall in love with them. They were the types of boys who you could genuinely be friends with, you could have a good time with them AND date them. They were everything I could ever want in a guy and more. And then high school ended. The second I enter the adult would, BAM. These cute and endearing boys turned into gross, fat hairy douchbag old MEN with beards. Why the fuck do adult men think that working out and having some muscles tone on their arms gives them the right to be a fat fuck? I fucking hate adult men. Everything about them makes me sick and pisses me off. Is there something about the male brain that makes guys turn to shit the second puberty ends? At what time do guys go from cute young boys to gross old men? I miss all the skinny, horny cuties who would pretend not to be starring at my cleavage in Jr.High. The types with those cute, rock hard little bodies with the slight muscle tone on their chest, not an inch of fat on their belly. They'd be on top of me, their heart thumping in their hard little chest, tongue in my mouth, so so happy that they finally got a girl to make out with them. Eager, but at the same time, scared to push the limits for fear I would make them stop. I think that one thing that screws over a lot of people when dieting is that they let themselves go hungry then binge. When you're hungry, you're willing to eat anything, and that will fuck you over.

Coffee or tea is a very good idea for losing weight, just be sure to drink it without sugar or milk. Add more water if it's too bitter. It helps suppress appetite.
