Well done on the weightloss, anon. I'm the same height (189cm) and a dozen or so pounds lighter, but I still have some bodyfat I gotta get rid of.

I've been doing bodyweight exercises due to a lack a gym nearby. There are some solid routines out there that might take longer to make a noticeable diffrence than going to the gym might, but on the other hand you gain a lot of practical strength and flexibility. Definitely do some cardio and adjust your diet a bit for that BF though.
