Guys, how do I get a backpack more like the one on the right? Is it just a question of how big the backpack is in the first place? The one I have now looks like the one on the left and it's a pain in the ass because it takes up a ton of space even when there isn't anything in it
>fills up the space between desks and makes people have to step over it when I'm in class
>sticks out behind me while I'm shopping and makes it so people can't get around me while I'm facing the shelves
>set it down and it falls over, can't get anything out without propping it up and digging around
>paperbacks in the main compartment fall down and get bent/damaged by other stuff
I'm tired of this. I was watching Musishi the other day and I noticed that the main character's backpack is just a wooden box with arm straps and I'm thinking like that's exactly the kind of thing I want. It would even be able to sit open on the ground and not fall over. I'd just rather it weren't made of wood. What kinds of backpacks should I be looking for?
