style? budget?

I own Guidi combat boots and they're easily my favorite but the retail price is high and they're quite slim in silhouette and sole.

I also have a pair of Balmain rangers that are quite nice, also expensive, but have a much chunkier silhouette.

If you're on a budget I'd just look at milsurp. Look around at the boots issued by various armed forces around the world and fine one you like the look of. My personal favorites tend to be the American jump boots put out by Corcoran/HH and the Austrian & German equivalents but I tend toward a slimmer profile.

They're slav milsurp, I'll be on the lookout for others

Any semi-formal boots? Kinda similar to Corocan Jump Boots.

semi-formal jump boots?
that sounds like an oxymoron

I guess your best bet for that style is gonna just be a luxe designer combat boot like Balmain or Dior
Even then the style itself is inherently not at all formal.
Military dress uniforms usually feature a laceless jack boot style or a low ankle boot.

they bite from being too tight or from moving around because they're too loose?

too loose add an insole or wear thicker socks

too tight wear them more so they break in or hit the heel for a while with a rubber mallet

Not sure exactly but going from the price of other boots from similar sort of time anywhere up to ~£200 of course you could find some for way way less if they're just being sold by someone who found them in their attic or inherited from dead uncle so not really a minimum price
