if you lift a lot, focusing on strength instead of hypertrophy.

basically i look like DYEL ottermode but can outlift most of my peers on the main compounds. I this were /fit/ I would have average stats. Clothes fit me well b/c broad shoulders and small waist without having comically huge pecs. One downside is unflattering thighs from squatting more than 2x my bodyweight but I can still pull of skinny jeans b/c low bodyfat.

Basically don't go full powerlifter mode with the "bigger is always better" mentality.
