Patagonia has a pretty solid record of making it clear when they've involved themselves in any kind of questionable business practices, whether it's severing ties with trucking companies that treat their employees like shit, closing shop in China and moving work to USA because they couldn't verify that workers weren't being exploited, and self-imposing wool shortages because PETA proved one of their suppliers was abusing animals

they don't shy away from it, and they make a conscious effort to improve from past instances, as opposed to every other company that does the same thing but just denies involvement and buries stories
