Why don't we wear togas anymore? They're soft, comfortable, easy to wear and take off, keep you warm at the same time breezy. You can walk around with a flourish and can show off your arms. Boners aren't painful and you can sleep in it very comfortably. The ancient Greeks had really done it!! From philosophy and science to the pinnacle of fashion. Comfortable AND desirable. Our race has really gone backwards with progress.

How is it impractical? Its very practical. It can easily be put on or taken off. It can be folded according to the natural folds of the body and not the other way round like normal clothes of today. It wouldn't take long to catch back on if we started wearing it again because of how great they are

its not really any easier to put on than pants and a shirt are. Also there's a reason why Romans that went north soon adopt the barbaric practice of wearing pants. Togas suck if you dont live in a arid climate.
