I don't really want to bring this picture to my barber so I'm looking for a similar IRL haircut but I can't find one anywhere. Can someone help me or at least tell me what should I tell him to reproduce this haircut ?

Try slicking your hair into individual strands and laying them randomly around your head, slash, shake your head violently left and right.
