Inspiration and Suggestions for Winter Coats

Thinking of buying a Schneider Conservation coat for the winter. Any other suggestions for coats/macs that are warm and not too formal?

had this in navy virgin wool. was a bit much desu
too long and hood does not fold that easily. you also look like some druid from diablo with the hood on. eh might buy the black wool again if it goes to end of season sale (bought mine 70% off)

Everyone worried about spending too much should consider: a winter coat is the one piece of clothing that is worth the retail price. Try buying a piece that is warm, versatile, and can last many years.

ie. this Dries Van Noten coat made from Valley Mills wool. Couldn't buy this last season because EU stockist wouldn't ship to US.

literally just put fabric dye from the store (less than 10€ for the amount you need) in your washing machine according to the instructions. it will tell you how much you need for the weight of the jacket and where to put it.
it will not fuck up whatever you wash after it,
it will not fuck up your washing machine.

I think they'll always look good. Maybe not bleeding edge right now. Camo parkas dyed black and fishtail parkas are kind of the new thing it seems. Definitely worth getting an m65 if you like the look though. Should last you a long time.

Just bought one of these.

Got it for a $100 off retail. Has almost no labels on it and it's super warm.

Tough for me to be Asian plus live in Canada since everyone has a Canada goose but I think this has some subtle / unique differences.

i bought this element stark and i like it except its polyester and the sherpa lining "fluffs", i can basically pull it out and when i wear a black sweater underneath it it all sticks to my sweater.

any way i can fix this or did i fuck up?

I've got a blazer that's close to that color and I generally wear navy slacks with it and a burnt orange, lilac purple, or coral OCBD. Those colors may be a little too /prepcore/ for your liking though. /fa/ usually hates on my choice of colors when I try to help people out because they only wear black and try to make everyone look like they eat cock for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
