I also got myself the same Raketa Kopernik for a similar price a few months ago and it broke after winding it. The movement these use is very fragile and you have to be extemely careful when doing so.
I was lucky the seller let me send it back.

Btw I got this in the mail today, a oviet made Pobeda with Bauhaus design that looks like a Nomos. Better movement than in the Raketa and also a cool design.

Once a day is alright, you wind it every morning and it should be ticking until you go to sleep. When you wind it you usually feel that the crown gets stiffer and know when to stop. The problem with the movement the kopernik and many other raketas use is that the crown stays loose and you don't know when to stop winding. That's why I fucked it up on the first day.

This Bauhaus model is quite rare but the eBay seller timejewels from Hungary sells other similar Soviet watches. He also accepts offers and you can get nice vintage pieces for a very good price.
