You still need your mono- and polyunsaturated, but you can def stand to drop almost all saturated fat, so stop frying shit if you do

Carbs, and by that I mean complex carbs like sweet potatoes and whole wheat are your friend, and mix it up with soluble fibre (eg. oats and shit that turns into mush) and insoluble fibre (eg. shit that doesn't turn into mush)

You can pretty much eat unlimited calories if you get almost all of them from carbs and protein

You see bodybuilders now with distended guts, but stomach vacuums were used by old-school bodybuilders like Arnold and Frank Zane to train their transverse abdominus, which is under the abs and acts like a natural weight belt. Start doing stomach vacuums, I usually do 10 reps holding for 10 one-thousands each time several times a day. You can Google more shit about that.

Okay heres what I've learned thus far.

Get on a psychiatric med that will suppress your appetite. Obviously adderall/concerta is best but there are others. I use lamictal.

Second: Do not go from eating regular to eating an apple and a handful of nuts a day, you will compromise your mental state and eventually break. Also its bad for your metabolism

You gotta figure out what your current diet is and then cut back from that a little bit. Say you eat mcdonalds big macs and medium fries for every meal, change the medium fries to small and theres your starting point.

Also learn to exersize indoors because its a controlled environment and you can do it all year round/theres no excuse not to. Don't obsess over what exercise to do, just move yo body.

Its easy.

I stopped smoking weed for the most part when I got serious about losing weight. When I do occasionally indulge, I just make sure I have healthier options like fruit or premade meals ready. I also don't keep snacks in my house, but I'll go on a 15 minute jog up hills to Tim's for a bagel or something similar if I really can't control it. Obviously that doesn't negate it, but if you have to work for your food you think twice about how much you want it.
With alcohol, it's easier because I'm usually drinking at a friends house or I'm out and about. I don't have the money to be buying a ton of high calorie food, or if I do I limit myself to one thing and eat less calories the next day.
Basically don't be afraid to indulge occasionally, life is about having fun. If you're doing really well most days relax a little every so often, it's good for your health (plus I find I usually drop after eating at/just above maintenance, it's like my body realizes I'll continue feeding it so it let's go of stubborn weight)

I'd start with 135lbs and see how you look then, low body fat % bmi 19 should be thin enough. If you still have too much bf, cut more. You wont be thinspo with that much muscle though.

A fair amount.

Depends on cutting speed.

You can go medium fast till you get flabs, then slowdown.
But you're looking at least 15lbs, I'd say 20-25 including water-weight.

Get a decent pair of flabs first then see if you'd wanna go further...
You'll end up smaller than you think at that point.

Naa not take it slow, you can cut at like -500kcal deficit.
You'll have to take it slow after you get flabs in order to maintain your gains, which is why you'd need to re-evaluate.
Going beyond that point is not really worth it if you intend to re-bulk.

At this point, it's not worth it cutting down to a lower weight. You already look like a twink in clothes, and cutting down won't make you significantly more impressive when naked.

I'd just keep on bulking, accept that eventually you'll look bad for 4 months (last 2 months of the bulk and first 2 months of the cut) and get more gains.

I look way bigger than you (and fatter) with my clothes off but I still look skinny in clothes, there's no massive benefit in starving yourself unless your face really benefits from very prominent cheekbones or something.

I wouldn't say really wide. He doesn't have a naturally narrow waist is all, and in the movie he's very low bf but no entirely ripped thus he has some fat around the love handle area.

D) Fat cells multiply but never die
If you go full fucking GOMAD and reach fat levels you've never seen before you're adding new cells that you'll never get rid of w/o liposuction, meaning your body will store energy as fat more readily when you finally do cut back down.

Fat cells don't multiply when you gain weight and even if they did it wouldn't affect how much weight you gain from food, as it wouldn't make your body any more efficient at using energy.

If you pack on 1500 kcals a day as fat, it's a set amount of energy, a set amount of fat compounds that contain it and that's where the weight gain comes from. Not how many cells it's distributed across.
