Depends on how you bike. It's like running. There are sprinters who don't look thin at all and are in fact quite muscular, then there are marathon runners who generally look like skeletons. Velodome people have bigger thighs and even upper bodies but people who just bike for distance (but still fast) tend to be thin as it is more advantageous for them. Diet also plays a big role.

i've been making salsa with 3 tomatoes half an onion, half cup cilantro, some lime squeezes from bottle, sauteed sarrano pepper and sauteed 2 garlic cloves. use blender to pulse. serve over some plain red beans salt to taste (1/4 teaspoon for salsa, maybe a tablespoon for beans while they cook) also 1/4 teaspoon cumin in salsa and pulse to the consistency you like. serve mixed with red beans. also chopped and pulsed 1 jalapeno full with seeds and all in salsa... this is with about 300 cal worth of beans, use half the salsa. Use the other half for another full meal. Also can add corn to this, maybe 1 cup canned corn adds 120 cal but it adds flavor really well to it.

In addition to having this as a meal regularly i'm planning on making scrambled tofu with msg and cumin and black pepper, also salt to taste and cooking it with cauliflower after the cauliflower has already been boiled/steamed a lot. So you add that in with the scrambled tofu and cook on stove with pan and then serve with hot sauce. i like louisiana hot sauce. these meals are very tasty and very low calories. I try to drink a ton of water throughout the day... any other cheap filling yummy recipes you guys?
