You will lose weight, but unless you have an actual eating disorder that compels you to lose weight through whatever means necessary, you will not be able to keep it up.

It's much better to just eat -500 from your TDEE and lose slowly. You will binge a lot less, have less loose skin, and have fewer negative effects on your health. Make sure to drink enough water and eat at least some nutritional foods every day.

Trust me, I have tried both ways and the second is much more sustainable and less stressful.

Purging usually doesn't get all the calories up anyways since your body starts digesting right after you swallow the food. Unless you do it within a few minutes of starting to eat and puke until there's literally nothing left in your stomach (aka puking up blood), you're not getting everything up.

It is incredibly unhealthy and doesn't even help you lose weight (as evidence, most bulimics are average weight or overweight even though they probably purge more than you do), so it's much better just to restrict and if you fail to make up for it with heavier restriction or a day of fasting.

Please don't purge, or if you do, don't encourage other people to try it.

Yeah, I feel you. My relatives made me eat so much shit too, and for part of it, I was staying with relatives who lived in a rural town, and the only gym didn't even have doors or windows. I tried jogging in the mornings, but it was rainy season, so that didn't work out for long either. When I quit smoking, most of my friends still did as well. What I found helped was I slowly cut back, and eventually I ended up actually replacing cigarettes with herbal smokes. Not sure where you live, but you should be able to find them in the bong shops if you have them. There's no tobacco and they taste really good, so you can still have the smoking sensation and social connection without killing yourself

Only advise I can give you is to stop trying to compensate for the binges. If you binge, dont starve yourself the next day. Just eat normally and healthily. Depriving yourself is part of what leads to a binge. The rest is emotional. Maybe you could take a painting class to distract.
