Okay /thinspo/, I need some serious advice. I'm male and 6'0" (184 cm) tall and a few months ago I weighed about 190 lbs. (86 kg) at my maximum. Since then I've lost a lot of weight, and my GWs gradually went down to 60 kg (132 lbs.) as I reached them. Recently I've pushed really hard to get to 60 kg, and this time I was really going to stop there. A few days ago I was 134 lbs. (61 kg), but this afternoon, for no reason whatsoever, I decided to use my scale on my hard bathroom floor rather than the carpeted floor of my bedroom. Of course I nearly shit myself when it said 122 lbs. (55 kg). Please don't tell me I'm a retard, I already know it. I'm completely happy with my body and I don't (think) I have any health issues, but currently a BMI of 16.5 sounds *really* low to me and being 14 lbs. underweight is scary. Right now I'm still completely in shock, I've checked the scale a dozen times and I've eaten maintenance for the first time in a while, but I don't know where to go from here. Take into consideration that I have incredibly little muscle, so I think that my BF% isn't as low as my BMI makes it sound (i think, i dont even fucking know right now). Should I maintain? Gain weight? Please help.

Being that underweight might cause some problems in the long run, but since you're not having any right now and you're happy with what you look like, I think it's fine for you to maintain for now. Make sure to get physicals done regularly, eat healthy foods, and monitor yourself for problems. If you do start having health issues, you should try to at least get to the point where you're not underweight.

I usually eat 200 for breakfast, 400 for lunch, and 600 for dinner (since I eat with people in the evening). My plan varies a lot day by day since I just eat whatever's around, so I can't give specific calorie values.

Breakfast:
black coffee / unsweetened tea
fat-free plain greek yogurt
some sort of fruit (depends on what's in season)

Lunch:
fruit juice mixed with water (1:1 ratio)
soup of some kind
usually 2-3 of those individual steamed vegetable bags (like 1 of peas, 1 of corn, etc.)

Dinner:
ice water
lean meat or fish
dessert stuff if I have calories left

You can pretty much eat whatever as long as you give yourself calorie limits for each meal. It's just a matter of the exact type of food and the portion size.

I don't think you'll have any health problems at that weight, but I wouldn't go much lower if I were you. Use the TDEE calculator in the links section of the FAQ and force yourself to eat that much, even if you're not hungry. If you want to gain weight, you should probably just go to /fit/, I don't think we'll be very helpful for that.

I ended up getting LASIK and I'm very happy with it, but, it is still surgery and you should wait until your prescription is very stable and go to a really good place (an eye hospital, not some stand alone deal) even if you have to travel.

LASIK centers generally do the consultation for free (so at worst you get a really good eye checkup even if you aren't a candidate), so if you are old enough should take a look.

I make my own and some places advertise it as around 5-35 calories. I usually use 30-40 for a large spoonful in most places that don't offer nutrition info just to be safe. You also have to look into the ingredients to give you an idea too. Pico de gallo is low as fug compared to something like guacamole. im 5' on the dot, and i float between 98-102 lbs. i was 120 until a couple months ago. did the ABC diet + exercise (quit ABC after 3 weeks for obvious reason) and i got down to 110. then i was eating about 600 calories a day and working out 3-5 days a week. got down to 100. now im in uni and i live in the dorms so i eat like shit but i stay right under 100.

i think i have 24% BF. how can i drop more? my TDEE should be ~1700 bc of how much i walk/work out. i find myself eating less than 1000 calories a day and have kept this up since school started at the end of august.

You just have to not eat sugar for 2-3 weeks. That will make your cravings go away. I made myself a countdown on my phone that I could look at to stay motivated when I was having really bad cravings. Once you get past the 10 day mark you feel a lot better, and the longer you go without eating sugar, the less likely you are to return to having cravings if you binge on it.

Vegan here. This infometric is really dumb and I hope you don't base your food decisions on it. The amount of greens you have to eat to get enough protein in your diet is obscene. Vegans need to eat legumes, soy, beans, etc. to get protein.
