So when you guys wear boots, how do you wear your pants? Do you tuck them in, or pull them over the boot and cuff them? I feel like just tucking them in looks messy.

depends on the boots, depends on the pants, depends on the overall look. it's a matter of trying tucked in in one foot, pulled over in the other, then looking in the mirror and just going with my gut feeling.

it might indeed look messy if the boots are too big and/or the pants hems are too small/tight.

like I said, depends. try both before you leave the house, it's only a few minutes of your time.

I mean, really. Take a look at yourself. You're dressing in womens clothing, skirts and dresses, but you just mutter 'its effay full rick' and pretend that every single person that sees you isn't laughing.

I recommend this. I own it in blue, from the navy. The zipper only goes to your belly so you can still climb with it on, super mobile. You can button below. You can take out the inner fleece layer to make it cooler in autumn or spring. The sleeves are slightly shorter and have wide openings so you can easily move your arms with it on (such as while wielding a rifle). Also has a bunch of pockets.

Also for the jeans, just dark blue and black right?

friend recommended these to start, i have lifters ass and hamstrings but no quads or calves so this fit seems good.

I got no idea about jeans dude, you should just go to the closest shop and try on a bunch until you find a pair that looks good on your ass.

And the jacket fit is close, but conscript style. There's a rope on the inside that lets you tighten the jacket to your waist-height. That page is shit though. There is no such thing as the S-M-L-XL scale for these jackets, the BW made their own sizing system just for this equipment. To quote the Kommando Store:
>The Bundeswehr breaks down all different heights and widths a healthy human body can obtain, and assigns a number designation (Nr.Gr.) to each size step by step
>For parkas you need to measure your total height, and your chest. If your measurements come between two different height sizes it is recommended to go for the bigger size. Measurements are actually 3 centimeters shorter than what the maximum on the tag states, this effects the arm length and body length. My best guess is that a lot of soldiers must have been lying about being manlets.
https://kommandostore.com/german-bundeswehr-flecktarn-parka/
There's a conversion list on that page. Basically, the length in vertical only moves up every few numbers, all the steps in between are for chest circumference. I'm a pretty big guy (4u) at 188cm and I wear Size 12 because I wanted a tite fit though I usually wear XL or L German.

Read the sticky
Essentially, neutral, plain color shirts and basics are fine, as are well fitting chinos. Shoes, outerwear and glasses should be reconsidered.

Personal taste in fall outerwear / layered winter outerwear would be the following. This is assuming you don't live in Montana or Maine where something like Canada goose or heavy down jackets are actually necessary to not die.

> Sherpa Trucker Jacket, typically levis. Light wash or an earth toned corduroy color are most versatile. Pair with a hoodie on cold, cold days.

>M65 Field coat, usually made by fashion brands, but milsurp is possible as well if sizing is properly finessed. Fall staple

>Harrington Jackets. Not as warm as the other options, but doubles as a spring / summer light jacket as well. Won't hold in anything beyond mild winters. (Alternative would be Dickies Eisenhower Jackets, american version of Harrington essentially)

Shoe wise, I'd recommend just some basic shoes tossed around on /fa/, see if you like any of 'em:

Sneakers:
>Adidas Samba
>GATS (Puma Liga OG can be an alternative, looks very similar)
>Chuck Taylor's in parchment / all white
>Van Sk8 Hi's
> NB CRT300's
>Nike Court Classics

Boots (more MFA level, but hey, whatever):
>Chippewa Apache
>Palladiums (not great for winter)
>Bean boots
>Chelseas
> Red Wing, but probably more than you're looking to spend on starters

As for glasses, not my specialty at all, but if those are your model, the neon green is middle school tier aesthetic, might recommend something close to Polo Ralph Lauren Havana, but that's only because that's what I wear. Don't shill out for name brand, shop for similar frames, etc.

But for real though, read the sticky.

My tip is to find this kind of idol out there, someone you can relate to and maybe want to be like. Remember though to adapt the style to your own body and looks, and make sure you yourself really want the stuff you buy; even with cruise control you still have to steer.
