My stomach has been shrinked and I don't get hunger pains anymore, i actually do enjoy making and eating food. I will get sad when I reach my calorie intake goal (200) because then I cant eat shit, but I'll take supplements to make up lost vitamins and nutrients. I used to have an american diet (think 4k calories) but I shrinked my stomach and desire for hunger and if there are any fellow fatties who want to know how I lost 45+ kg (possibly more) in 3 months or got rid of my pig behaviour, ask me anything. Well I still binge desu, but I don't binge a lot. (think 500 calorie binge - and that's dinner). If it doesn't exceed my calorie intake I try to have a walnut every day btw. Even if it exceeds my calories just a bit, walnuts are so damn healthy. I eat almost every day fish or meat cooked without oil so I get nice skin and no muscle aches after working out (I am pretty active, and I don't always count it - but it's not weird that I burn over 4000 calories in total almost every day). Ugh, so much effort and I am still not where I want to be, but tbqh I have the shittiest starting point lol.
I dont have a scale but today i will stand on the scale, so interesting for me to know how much weight i lost since i last stood on the scale. (2)
