More direct intake of caffeine and theanine, they're also pretty good for you. They don't taste all that great but they have basically no calories and it's easier, especially in the summer, than drinking a pot or two of tea. Purely anecdotal, but it took working out (running + lifting) 5x/week for 5 months for me to notice a difference in how I looked. No experience with swimming but I would imagine you need to do something similarly intense.

I want to be thin but my dd cups will look ugly if I lose any more fat. Also square waist, working out my only option. I just want to wear a cute dress and look femine in it. 19 bmi. I should just focus on my studies but I'm too obsessed about the way I look.
