Depends on the day. Frequently end up maintaining these days or eating slightly over, but I also have a lot of days at 1400 calories. I just eat whatever.
Basically nonexistant. I basically always wear jeans (that fit me more tightly when I bought them 15 pounds ago) that need to be replaced with skinny jeans. Usually I just wear hoodies without anything underneath because it's super comfy. If I'm going out and don't feel like wearing a hoodie, I wear flannel shirts that I bought in mediums that at this point should be smalls. I need to update my clothes but lack the money/motivation at this point, which is fine since I plan on going 5 pounds lower.

But the problem is that once you are "better" ( better student, better worker, a better socializer), then that becomes the expectation. For me that was a lot of pressure. What kind of cheat day are we talking about? I can eat 500 extra calories a day and still lose weight. I don't mind fluctating between a tde of 200-800 cals but eating more than 1800 cals in a day is not something i ever want to plan until i'm done.

Don't worry! Everyone falls off the wagon at some stage or another. If your usyal diet is below recommended intake you'll lose it all again.

A cheat day (I feel) is more of a psychological thing than a physical thing. You have a binge day to reset yourself and get back to your diet. Otherwise you might burn out and give up entirely.

I try to plan my cheat days so my diet is regular and I don't have extreme changes in my intake. I usually avoid counting calories on weekends and allow myself extra treats.

If you're worried about it, maybe go do some exercise? What's done is done, but a run or some weights might make you feel better.
