Guys. I never knew dieting was so easy.
I started counting calories.

Only drink water and I'm struggling to get above 1000 even. Cereal for breakfast, 2 slices of bread with grilled cheese for lunch and dinner prepared by my roommate. Don't eat anything else in between and I never feel hungry. I love it.

To help be more filling, I usually compliment my fruit with a little bit of cheese. I feel like if you put together a small platter, especially something that it's fiddly to eat, it takes longer and makes you feel content faster. Plus the variety makes it seem so fancy and decedent!

I wish you the best of luck! I certainly don't miss the hunger pains I used to get when I was quite big, I'm glad I can just drink water and wait them out for the most part.

My diet has been going surprisingly well! I've been alternating between roughly 800-900 and 1100-1200 calories a day every day, I don't count on weekends but I try to keep an eye on how much garbage I put in my body.

I don't know if I'm actually losing any weight because I don't own scales, but I think my pants have gotten a little more loose? And I'm a kilo down from the last time I remember weighing myself, so that's good! I've got about fifteen kilos until my goal weight (Or twenty for my absolute goal weight), and I think that'll be a slog, but I'm hoping I can get there haha.

For me it's kinda easy, but it certainly took a very long time to get here! About two years. I went from 114kg to 65kg. Usually takes about half an hour for the pangs to fade, they come and go like waves.

It's not too difficult for me, but my stomach is very small now. For example, today I had:

Tea and a biscuit for breakfast (80 cals)
A cheeseburger slider for lunch (230 cals)
Kiwi fruit and an apple as a snack (130 cals?)
Green thai curry stir fry for dinner (430 cals)
Another tea and biscuit haha (80 cals)

I've already added up everything for my day (I just keep track of it in my phone's notes, i'm just pulling the above numbers from memory) and it ended up being 955 in total, so I can have another biscuit if I get hungry tonight.

Proof that you can still eat tasty things, just in moderation! Get the slider instead of the full sized burger etc etc.

afternoon thinspo. i'm slightly irritated because i just had a tasty dinner and i'm still ravenous. happens after every meal and it's getting me down ):

what have we eaten today? for breakfast i had 2 banana weetabix & coconut milk, for lunch i had 10g peanut butter, 2 plain rice cakes, one 60g tub of lowfat houmous with carrot & cucumber sticks, then the hunger after eating thing happened so i grabbed a blueberry muffin from the canteen before fasting for 6 hours. just had dinner, multiseed flatbread topped with salad, cherry tomatoes & pink salmon, with a toffee muller light for dessert. also nibbled on 3 squares of dark choc.

i don't do 3 square meals for that very reason, too many cravings. longest i wait is 3 hours between meals, usually 7 meals a day and always stop at 7 pm.

here's what ive had so far- breakfast was toast with a fried egg, half avocado, caramelized onions, sunny acres swiss slice (30 cal but practically tasteless) and a tomato. unusually big meal for me but since i woke up early i wanted to make it last 3 hours, plus i made my bf a higher cal version of the same thing (trying to help him gain weight while losing it myself)

then raisin bran, and just now half a grapefruit with strawberry airborne effervescent drink tablet (5 cal! really tasty!)

planned for the next 2-hour increments: hard boiled egg, pear, slice of eggless banana bread I made with stevia. all adds up to 900 cal for the day, at 7 pm sharp i brush my teeth and that's that, residual toothpaste taste reminds me not to give in
