What clothes do you wear to the gym?

>> No.11730359

Gym shorts, t shirt, sneakers. Crazy right?

Well, first of all, you certainly don't dress like the guy in this picture. First and foremost, you always wear a shirt, so that you reduce the amount of sweat you spill all over the place. Second, you don't wear fucking canvas shoes with no socks, you wear sneakers, preferably running shoes, with comfy socks.

I think something interesting to wear are drifit polo shirts.

I knew you were all going to say that. Dude, I think it is all a marketing ploy from Converse. First of all, there are other better sports shoes with hard soles for deadlifting and squats. Second, runnings shoes are good all around for all exercises. Running or cardio stuff in particular with chucks is a fucking nightmare. Finally, they are just uncomfortable and will tear your skin if you move too much.

I wear a pair of shorts that are ripped up and look like they have been run over by multiple trucks and have stains all over them and paint. I'll wear t-shirts that I got for free that usually are covered in paint and oversized and have holes in them. I also don't ever wash my clothes so I smell like total shit. sometimes I'll leave them in my bag for a couple days and they will still be damp and extra stinky. usually wear my nike airmax 90s.
