there are actually several plusses to drinking lots of wine and eating everything:
1) all the food will be gone so you can't eat it later
2) you hit maintenance calories for once and it'll help your metabolism before you go back to 500 a day
3) you'll drink lots of water today
4) you'll feel so disgusting and fat that you will never want to eat anything again RIP :^(

I had half a sandwhich, two (small) tacos and three quarters of an avocado with some crackers. (And a biscuit with tea)

Most girls who have EDs don't just have one problem. I used to cut and had bulimia when I was younger (older than in my teens though) and it just was a means of controlling an aspect of my life when I was afraid or sad or angry. In a sense it made me feel more confident to see myself achieve a fucked up goal like cutting through my skin or weighing less than a hundred pounds. I've been overweight for a good while now and I woke up this morning to heart palpitations. I've tried losing weight, but I always get in some mood where I eat my emotions and go crazy.

No it's just a spicy food sensativity. If i go without eating spicy for a few months i never get any problems but when i eat spicy it's rediculous. I know i'm doing it to my self when 1/4 the calories of the meal are hot suace.

I was fine during the day, but I got home late and my usual protein wasn't gunna defrost. I did not realise how terrible the chips were until I'd finished half the bag x.x 300 cals I could live with, but holy hell it's just crispy lard dipped in sugar.

Next time it's just a muesli bar and a glass of water for me.

I know I know. I donno I'm just hungry :/ I had an easy time going form 216 down to 170 or so, bit of a break in there, then started again and it was much harder.

I'm pretty happy with my weight loss but I do wish I could speed it up. It's hard because of work dinners and such, I'm entertaining a lot and go over calories in those settings.
