I started because I hurt my back and just wanted to get thin. I stuck around this thread even though it is probably unhealthy because it provides constant encouragement. Besides the back pain, I'm hoping to just look better and maybe find a qt or just be closer to being a normie.

I could never manage a huge deficit, my loss has been slow but steady. I'd say if you are struggling to lose weight, just eat more and lose it slower. I now eat at a 250 calorie deficit, or maybe a bit more some days, but that works for me. At 2-lbs per month, over 3 months that becomes 6-lbs.. that's a lot for not having a huge struggle or discomfort to get there.

Moderation. I hate feeling like I'm depriving myself so I do tend to 'treat myself' with my calories just a little bit every so often. I have OCD and it manifests a lot in my eating habits.
My diet is restricted to a handful of "safe foods". Which also happen to be fairly unhealthy.
I also do things like always use the same plate and the same knife and fork.
I'm also generally just very picky about what I eat. I just don't like most food that is healthy and I have a very sweet tooth.

Basically I'm stuck in a routine and it's very hard to break out of.

It feels kind of embarrassing though.

mate i've got a similar thing, food phobia, safe food etc. you're never going to eat as healthy as everyone else but i at least keep calorie count under 1700 and use whole grain flour, drink milk, etc in order to maintain balance between carb, fat, protein. mostly eat whole grain noodles, cook my own sauce with fresh basil and parsley. it works alright. just stay hydrated, cut out bad snacks i.e. chips/crackers/soda and dont have sugar in coffee or tea and you'll lose at least 15lbs over time. replace with things high in fiber and protein like popcorn and nuts

Usually have Weetabix for breakfast using Soy milk since I have lactose intolerance.
Then I have dinner for lunch. One of the following four meals.

Tell them you're not hungry if they offer you food, since you literally aren't hungry, even if you may have increased appetite from your binge. I'm a guy, 1.83 and 77 kgs and absolutely happy with my weight and I can control whether I gain or lose weight by choosing my food better instead of crashing my metabolism.

I don't really count cals anymore, although I used to do so, obsessively, and I also used to obsess over what food I'd have, whether I was served regular coke when I asked for diet and how far ahead of my caloric goal it would set me etc.

I ended up dropping to 60 kgs at some point while barely lifting, and I still felt I had to lose more weight, but instead of going with my feelings, I forced myself to be objective and listen to the people around me and I started eating in a controlled manner and gaining weight slowly as well as working out.

I don't look much bigger if at all in most clothes, apart from the shoulders area, I just don't look disgustingly thin without my shirt on anymore.

Reminder to only drink Fiji or Evian when it comes to bottled water. Best thing would be buying a water filter.

Most bottled water have a more acidic pH level which causes inflamation of the joints. Also, cancer cells feed off of acid, so flooding them with alkalinity will kill them.
Fiji has a pH level of ~7.5 and Evian has ~7.8, making them slightly alkaline.

Also, tap water has a pH level of around 5 which makes it acidic, so try to stay away from that as wel.

what you eat is burned as energy throughout the day, energy in, energy out

so it makes sense to eat more for breakfast as this is the most important meal, fueling you for the full day ahead

after dinner you are most likely sitting around watching tv etc, so arent going to burn as many cals, therefore dont eat so much

and definitely dont eat before bed as your body wont burn much of it off while you sleep

also your body can go into a fasted state overnight as it may be 12 hours from your last meal, ideally you want to exercise first thing in the morning while fasted, as this is the most effective time to burn fat. Then refuel after for the rest of the day.

okay i went to the fiji water website to look at prices
a 12-pack of 1-liter fiji water bottles is $29.50 USD (excluding tax and shipping), so that's $2.4583333... USD for 1 liter. normal dietary recommendation for water intake is 2 liters, but i think it's fair to say people on /thinspo/ drink around 4 liters, which is about 1 gallon. that's $9.833.. Hey /thinspo/, so yesterday I skipped uni because I was dizzy, couldn't keep myself balanced and fell down inside my home like 3 times.
I'm like 5'8 and currently around 155 lbs. I've lost 30 lbs in the last few months which i'm incredibly proud of.
2 weeks ago I started swimming again because I don't feel as disgusted with my body anymore but I didn't change my diet, in fact I started eating a bit less.
Should I go back to eating normal amounts of food since i've started swimming again? I really don't want to feel as horrible again as I did yesterday and being underweight was never my goal.
