I'm going to imagine it will improve your structure. My face was rather round, shit genetics, and since getting thinner I'm not amazing but my face certainly has more structure to it and my jawline is more defined.

As far as foods making your face puffier, I think the main thing would be watching your sodium intake. Avoid really salty stuff and track your sodium. Also make sure to drink a lot of water per >>11648906 as this will help flush out excess salt.

Having a calorie tracker to answer to also helps, you start noticing calorie counts for everything and you find out shit like "each of these donuts is 1/4th of what I want to eat in a day" or "mangoes are 100-150 calories apiece and having one a day can really ding me over time". I've followed a lot of these thinspo threads and have looked to the images posted here as goals for myself, and I've developed an eating disorder in the process

I can't really blame this board because I've always had self-image issues and what I feel is undiagnosed body dysmorphia (being content with my looks, to fucking disgusted with myself from day to day, sometimes within the same hour)

I guess my point is to just be very weary of how you treat your bodies. I'm a 23 year old male, standing at 6'4 and weighing 165 lbs and I feel like I look terrible now. It's just an endless cycle of limiting what I eat on days where I feel fat, to overeating on days where I feel underweight. I've passed out from not eating and I've thrown up from eating too much. It's dangerous and will leave you feeling like shit either way
