I used to have this problem. Try slowly decreasing the amount of food you eat. I would start by decreasing your daily caloric intake by 200-300 calories, then continuing to slowly decrease over time, until you can lose the amount you'd like without always being on the verge of binging.
Also, try keeping a journal of what you eat. Seeing how much you eat might give you the inspiration to not eat like a pig lol.

Seeing fat, poor, dumb etc. people always kinda makes me scared that I'll end up like that someday so it's motivating in that way. I look at fat hate threads on /fit/ sometimes because they post some funny content, they do take it a bit far sometimes though. I don't get how you could be that triggered by another person's appearance.

Download Lose It, track everything you eat, weigh yourself regularly, do cardio, if you feel too lazy, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself whether you're happy with your body or not. You could also reward yourself for losing weight, ideally not with food but you could buy yourself something small every time you've lost a certain amount of weight. That can be motivating as well.

I don't even have meals any more, I just snack a bit throughout the day. It looks like a fine amount though, depending on your goals.

The egg is probably 70 calories max, tomato probably like 20 calories, and feta maybe 50 or so calories. (Probably less, it's hard to judge from a picture.) That's just my guess.

The coffee is probably 20 calories max, depending on how much milk you used. I suggest coconut coffee creamer, it's only 5 calories per tablespoon.

Also you should get a food scale. They're cheap, especially on Amazon and it really makes your life so much easier when counting calories/baking/cooking meals.

Thank god no. I fill up my plate with low cal veggies or a gigantic salad and then have a small portion of what they're having. They look at it and think it's okay because there's so much food. I probably end up eating 250-300 calories worth of food when I eat dinner since it's the only meal I eat with them. Other than that I just get asked 2-4 times A DAY if I want food. So right now I weigh 165lbs at 5'7 and there is this jacket I really want to get. I've been losing weight (down from 220) and my goal is 140lbs which I estimate I will hit around thanksgiving or sooner. I started getting into colognes and fragrances. From there it made me want to improve myself in other ways and I started caring about my appearance and stuff. So I started going on hikes (4-8miles) around my state and ate healthy. When I hit 190lbs it was easier for me to jog and not get out of breath in 5 minutes so I started incorporating jogging. I never counted calories and still don't, I just always am aware of portion size and quality of food I eat. Portion size in my opinion is the most important aspect of losing weight. My diet is mostly Chicken breast seasoned with mrs dash and Salad. I also have other food too like turkey and wheat, and oatmeal/eggs for breakfast , but my go to is chicken and salad. I never became a gym freak and I have basically just focused on diet, and now I jog 30 minutes non-stop 5 days a week, while going on a weekly hike also. I know my exercise is nothing compared to some , but it has worked for me.
