Seeing fat, poor, dumb etc. people always kinda makes me scared that I'll end up like that someday so it's motivating in that way. I look at fat hate threads on /fit/ sometimes because they post some funny content, they do take it a bit far sometimes though. I don't get how you could be that triggered by another person's appearance.
Download Lose It, track everything you eat, weigh yourself regularly, do cardio, if you feel too lazy, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself whether you're happy with your body or not. You could also reward yourself for losing weight, ideally not with food but you could buy yourself something small every time you've lost a certain amount of weight. That can be motivating as well.
