Well, I don't really remember how badly they're stained and I don't have them at my place now.

M05 combat boots are not even close to /fa/. From another angle they look very bulky and bubbly barbie shoes. They are built on the same platform as safety shoes by the manufacturer.
I'm not at home but compared to my winter leather boots my M05 look huge and in a bad way.

Also everything flecktarn in Europe has been played out and ultra lame since early 2000s because it is so cheap. Jackets, pants, shirts 1€ to under 10€ a piece.

Depends on what needs to be done.
I've got a sewing machine and an overlock machine so if the waist fits and it's just the legs that need to be tapered I can do it myself or get it done in the upholstery dept. at work if it's leather or something similarly tough.

If it's something that needs to get the seat redone I'll take it to the tailor I used before I got my own stuff.

Just tapering legs is cheap though. Twenty bucks at most.

Might be difficult, I got the only style of bag arktis made like that. The shirt is their hot climate one and the trousers their basic combat (not the waterproof or ranger). Just a balavlava on the head, I rolled it down for some following shots that are for /k/.
