Depends on the design and cut of the jeans, and the quality of your tailor.

Pants can almost always be made smaller fairly easily up to a couple inches, but if they're fancy with some awkward design around where they would have to be split to make smaller, you may end up losing those details or the fit might change slightly. I'm not a professional on tailoring, but I do make some of my own clothes.

How do you guys deal with negative comments from friends and family and even strangers about how thin you look? I'm not even THAT skinny, but I think I look thinner in my clothes than I do shirtless

This fucking prick who I don't even know told me that I looked like I needed a burger yesterday. How did he know that I didn't suffer from an illness that kept me thin, or what if I wasn't financially able to eat as often or as much as I should? Yup. They're every other Saturday, and I always plan what I'm going to eat the week before. Loose idea of my last binge day was:
Breakfast - coffee with milk (~150 cal)
Brunch - a bowl of fruit and an egg white omelette with veggies and cheese (~500 cal)
Dinner - pasta, a salad with goat cheese and more fruit, and a piece of garlic bread. (~700 cal)

I think you can get that shit removed once you get to 150. A plastic surgeon does it. Not sure on the cost.

My dad got a gastric bypass and lost a bunch of weight. He has a lot of loose skin and if he wears a tighter shirt he looks like he has grandma tits, so I always tell him to wear thicker ones a bit looser. Not really a big deal for an old guy, but for you it would probably make sense to have the surgery if your skin was really lose.

I went from 216 to 151 and haven't had a loose skin problem, but I went really slow so maybe that was it.

honestly, loose skin from fast weight loss is a myth. Your skin just needs time. People have the impression that you get less loose skin from losing weight slowly. Reality is that if you lose weight slowly, your skin has time to retract WHILE you lose weight. If you do it fast, your skin will have to retract AFTER you lost the weight. So just drink a fuckton of water and wait about 2 years.

If it's still bad after that, you can think about surgery.

I also live a completely sedentary lifestyle so I think our metabolism is probably pretty similar. I do 6 days eating 1000 calories each day, then the 7th day 800. Hey guys just an update. The stimulant effects started to wear off at around 2pm, about 2 hours before I get out of work.

I got home at around 4:45pm~ and passed out on my couch, woke up at around 8pm. My living room was messy so I decided to tidy up a bit. I am now finished and typing this as of 9:05pm.

Not sure if this was a product of the stimulant but productive day nonetheless. I'm getting the faintest feeling of hunger, but the thought of getting up and cooking myself something up seems exhausting. I think I'm just going to call it a night and sleep.

I'm still planning on taking another bump before work tomorrow. Hopefully the effects are as promising as they were today.

Yeah personally I've done 5 cycles of DNP all aprox 3 weeks long, over the course of a year and a half. I have no longterms sides, and I actually found that a lot of my health improved from the additional mitochondria in my body.

I checked my fingers daily through a series of tests I developed to check if any numbness was present (early warning sign of peripheral neuropathy - the scariest side IMO) and there's nothing.

The biggest advice I'd give you is use all the supplements you can, NAC and personally Niacin are a must, I'm at 1200mg NAC and 1g Niacin a day now and I feel so damn good.

Oh, also I'd advise anyone thinking about DNP to wait at least three times as long as your cycle lengths as a break in between. Meaning, you do a 20 day cycle, wait a MINIMUM of 60 days.

Can an upward trend of fluctuation persist for several days? I went from 125.2 to 125.8 to 126.8 to 127.8. help please I'm impatient to lose weight and I've been on a 1200 cal diet for about two weeks now. Of course I know that results won't come fast but I keep getting discouraged!

I use the Lose it app. A lot of days I'm still a couple hundred cals under, which is weird because I feel like I'm still eating the same way as I used to, except less snacking.

I also find it difficult tho because I live with a mother who likes to eat too much and too often and always serves me a big plate. It's difficult to push away food with her. As I type this she's snacking. It's 8:40 at night. I asked her what she's eating and she's like 'almonds' like she's trying to be healthy.

Stats and diet;
18 / female / 5'3'' / 65 kg (roughly). Goal is to be 50 kg by the end of the year.

Breakfast:
Black coffee (always) 1 cup (sometimes more if I brew more)
Strawberries OR 1 pc toast with manuka honey
On weekends sometimes I'll make myself banana pancakes but minus all the flower, sugar and milk. Replace with banana and baking powder.
OR scrambled egg with mushrooms.

lunch;
varies.
Usually a small can of tuna (in spring water)
OR avocado and fried egg on toast
sometimes various soups, etc.
My family for some reason loves roast root vegetables which sucks cause they always overdo it on the oil.

Dinner;
Salads or small helpings of lean meat like pork or chicken.

I lack a lot of veggies in my diet. Any tips on throwing more of that in the mix??

Guys I think I fucked up.
Two years ago I was a pretty normal weight, around 170 pounds at 5'9.
Once I started browsing /thinspo/ I just ended up to 110 pounds on accident. I regret this, I'm full skelly. I just wanted to do this one fit really badly, but I can't do any of my old fits.
Along with this my entire body aches constantly and I feel weak and need constant sleep in order to feel slightly energized.
I don't know how to gain weight again, I'm too used to this diet and I think I'm going to lose more. I get full after a bowl of cereal and stop eating after that. Help, I don't know what to do.

Also women that are extremely beautiful are so used to attention they tend to be higher maintenance. I have a Chad friend that dated 9/10s consistently and he ended up marrying a 7.5/10 because she is such a sweetheart and so much easier to be around. I'm sure there are some easy going models, but, it's not even their fault they are so needy - their beauty just gave them so much positive reinforcement and entitlement growing up that they crave it forever. A really sad sight is an aging model who built their entire self worth on their looks. Those looks go really quick with women and pretty soon they are plastic surgery test dummies selling real estate with a 15 year old photo.

It's really easy to put on a good vibe for an interview. They are literally getting interviewed because of a gift they had no control over: being beautiful. There is no accomplishment there. It's not like getting interviewed as an artist or a successful business women, who worked hard for that credit.

I'm also not saying models have some inherent character flaw: it would happen to me if I was that beautiful. The problem is that because they are given so much because of their beauty. Imagine being praised at how beautiful you are all the time. Eventually that starts to become your identity. When those looks fade, which for women is extremely young, it's a really awful thing if in the meantime something else more rewarding hasn't filled that hole.

Of course there are exceptions, I'm painting with a broad brush. But stereotypes and groups happen for a reason, and models are well known as some of the most self-conscious and needy type of girls around.

You're missing the point. When you get the advantages of being beautiful in life, you get constant positive feedback. You get more attention, things you do are thought of as better, you have orbiters like you following them and their hobbies and interests. You're more likely to do well in sales, you're more likely to find a mate. Everything is easier. They don't wait in lines at clubs like a 7/10 does, they certainly don't pay for drinks like a 7/10 does (sometimes), people give up their seats, smile, and do all kinds of things to win their affection constantly.

When you actually date someone who has had a life like this, they tend to be higher maintenance than the 7/10s.
