Since the end of WWII fascism/nazism is absent in the widely perceived public space and so there are no fashion styles or characteristic wardrobe that would imply that you are a fascist/nazi.
To convey such ideology through wardrobe you'd have to implement graphics or slogans (i.e. patches) associated with said ideology.
Ergo: there is no such thing as fascist fashion or fascist core or whatever you call it. Deal with it.

1. Does wearing camo make you a soldier? Does wearing stetson make you a cowboy? And so wearing fascist uniform make you a historical reenactor and not a fascist.
2. Slogans and logos on patches would suggest that you are fascist but since you could put them on absolutely anything, they does not make any partucular clothing item fascist. It would normal clothes with fascist patches and not fascist clothes.

Maybe you did not notice but we are talking about clothes here, and how clothes do or do not reflect your personal beliefs.
Going by your logic, if I see someone dressed as samurai walking downtown, my first thought should be: "Oh yeah, I'm sure he is very conservative guy and strongly supports feudalism and honour code".
But what I would actually think is: "Oh look, great cosplay". It does not matter if your dressed as samurai or in full SS get-up, it's historical piece of clothing that every person will understand as just dressing-up

I'll try to put it different way, just for you.
Imagine this situation: you go for a walk down the street, and suddenly you see a man in SS uniform. Now you have 2 possible explanations for this.
1. "He is an actual nazi".
2. "He's cosplaying/ doing historical reenactment/ dressing up".

Now let's think about it for a minute. The idea of dressing in ANY historical uniform in public is just ridiculous in itself, so it's just not very probable for someone to be doing this. On the other hand, nowadays there are shitloads of conventions, happenings or reenactments of historical events, so it is quite probable that this guy is a part of such thing.
Of the two explanations, number two is more probable and so general public will most likely understand it like that.
