Yep get rid of bread, or at least only eat it once or twice a week. Lots of calories in a slice, and that's just without the butter, nutella, jams, or whatever else people put on their toast. Opt instead for avocado :---)
Dairy is fine, though personally, I prefer to limit my dairy consumption to plain, full-fat yogurt, and only a small ramekin sized helping. It's good for your gut and metabolism.
As for milk replacements, try out some unsweetened soy milk or almond milk. I choose almond milk, since it's basically just crushed up almonds and water, and I can barely notice the taste in my teas unless I choose to.
And, if you can work your way around a frying pan, my favourite thing to make myself for breakfast on the weekend is a low calorie, three ingredient pancake.
Peel a ripe banana and squash it in a bowl with a fork. Whisk an egg in with the banana, and a tablespoon or so of baking powder.
They're difficult to flip, though, so just be gentle when turning them, but they're really delicious and contain low calories. Serve with a cup of black coffee, and now you're breakfasting like a pro.
