You're way of cutting sounds good tho. High protein and lots of veggies/vitamines is the way to go! Depending on what you want to achieve, perhaps you could try HIIT cardio for more fatburn instead of light weight cardio. This means jogging like 5km and taking 5/10 intensive sprints ranging from 10sec to 30 and the rest of the time slow jogging to get heartrate back to normal (i like insane short 20sec sprints and 5min to get my heartrate back to normal again). The point is to constantly rise and lower your heartrate.
This has proven to be more effective and will get u more fat loss, more lean muscle and a better shape with and without clothes.

I had a spinach and turkey omelette this morning for breakfast. maybe 4 eggs worth. Somewhere around 450 calories I bet.
For lunch I had a warm asian chicken salad. The menu said it was 650 calories but I wonder how accurate they are.
Dinner tonight not sure yet. Probably a salad and some kind of fish, but my dad always makes rice with it and fish is gross so I end up eating too much rice. Or if I don't eat too much rice then I'll be hungry at like 9pm. I go to bed at 10pm and it is hard to fall asleep when hungry.

Rice has a lot of calories, it's generally best to avoid/not eat too many carbs because they're dense in calories but not really filling. I can eat 150 grams of pasta and be hungry again an hour later.

Download MyFitnessPal and track your calories. I'd recommend eating your BMR - 500 (but not less than like 1200 kcal). Also, do some cardio!

Yeah I'm using MyFitnessPal. Salads have a lot of calories when they have dressing, especially Caesar. I guess unless it is really small. This was like the best thing I could find on that menu. I left some behind but still counting most of it. I could have delt with less dressing and should have asked for it on the side.

It looks pretty good to me, but ideally you would replace the more processed stuff (Boca burgers and flavored yogurt) with more natural versions (homemade burgers and Greek yogurt, etc.). But I completely understand if you prefer the taste of what you currently buy or if you don't have time to cook anything more elaborate. Overall, it's a good balance and better than 95% of people's diets, so you're doing a great job.

I have severe OCD and it's really difficult for me to break out of my routines.
