Your derm was right. Fewer blades and less close obviously mean less stress on the skin. All the new shit they're coming out with is bull. If you're know what you're doing and don't go too fast you can get a nice clean shave without ripping off your face. I use my dad's old aluminum Gillette handle, but their other more current two blade models work just as well.

More blades is bad, for me at least. Maybe it speeds up the initial strokes a little, but if I'm trying to get a good shave the end is absolute murder.

Is wearing really thin casual looking button up shirts over a t shirt plus jeans okay looking? Doesn't have to be great, just okay. I have to work in a place where I can only wear pants and I have to walk around a lot in the middle of the day but it's summer. 90 degrees every day usually and very humid. I usually wear the shirts unbuttoned so that way the humidit doesn't stick to me.

But the main purpose the shirts serve is to keep me from getting sunburned. I'm white as copy paper.

No it's the torso that isn't ventilated enough, less so that my t shirts anyway, which are always pretty loose.

Like, the long sleeve shirts are super ventilated, very thin because they've stood up to years and years of washing. Wearing them buttoned up, I'd have to wear an undershirt anyway because I'm serious, it's usually 90% humidity. I live in south Louisiana. The a shirt on underneath is necessary.

But that being said, it's a lot less hot and sweaty when I just wear them like jackets.
