I've been sitting around languishing in an anti-academic backslide for the past month after my internship offering fell through; now I've been twiddling my thumbs for weeks on end consistent of binging, followed by a massive amount of exercise the next day (within the past two weeks I've cycled about 160 miles and run about 35), which I had to stop yesterday as I was inordinately, worryingly disoriented. I used to be addicted to smooth move. Like actually, I abused it. When I went to treatment and had to start eating again it wreaked all kinds of havoc in my gut and I didn't shit for 12 days despite eating an abnormally large amount of food. Finally they gave me a colonoscopy prep laxative, the one in the huge jug, and it helped a bit but not immensely.
I wouldn't recommend using it more than once every 3 weeks or so because it can actually paralyze the nerves in your colon and cause dependence. You won't be able to crap without it.

ate 800-1200 some days and then others ate 450-700 also burned 300-400 cals a day through exercise. also ate no more then 50 carbs with a few exceptions for the second half. today was kinda low cal for me. ive lost like 5 pounds in 3 days from eating 600 cals for breakfast and lunch skip dinner and running 4 miles before bed. also drink a lot of water to suppress hunger because i get so hungry especially because im addicted to weed to i have to battle munchies 24/7

I've been at every BMI from 30 to 17 and I honestly don't think skinny starts until 17-ish.

If you are a guy, you really need a good amount of muscle to look good. I bulked for 4 months straight and basically doubled the amount of muscle I had, I'm planning on doing another 3 months of that and then cutting to a BMI of 16.5. I'm already at BMI 17.5 so I'm like half done.

There is really no rule of thumb it is all up to what you think looks best.

You really need good self control when you get into this stuff.
