Well seems likes it's about lifestyle, I have an 8 hours desk job and for other reasons I can't work out at the moment, if you want to gain weight here's a little tip, have a backpack and put in it lots of food you can carry easily high in carbs and protein (protein bars, Greek yogurt, fruit in general, sandwichs with whole grain bread and turkey breast ham,) and eat every 2:30 or 3 hours, I know is hard to adapt new eating habits to the daily routine but with preparation and the right mindset I think you can do it, I'll be aiming to drop about 20 kgs now, thanks for the inspo :^)
