Unless you have a beard because you're in some sort of life situation in which you cannot shave, it's a sign of weakness. It's far too common among men with weak jaws or ugly faces to cover them up with beards at this point.

True enough, but like >>11316591 says, what can you do? Either you are god-tier without beard because lucky genetics or you are ugly as fuck. In my experience, wearing a full beard with smart accessories and glasses elevated my looks up a few levels. I little know fact about wearing a good beard is that it is a hugely dominating factor. I get much more respect with my beard than without it. Of course none of this matters if you are handsome, but if you are handsome, then why bother with fashion at all?

The milk thing was a tongue-in cheek humor, generally said when boys ask how they can grow up to be manly (in my country anyways).

The no-fap thing is a more serious, often neglected, phenomena which has lead to the rapidly decreasing testosterone levels in men for the last decades (and plastics). By not masturbating and more importantly staying away from pornography, you increase the androgen receptors in your body (mostly your brain, according to literature) but I believe it also increases the receptors in the skin and muscles, leading to increased muscle mass and hair growth. Anecdotally, my beard really grew into itself when I took almost a 2 month break from all masturbation. Physically, sex has a different effect on the hormonal system so it is not harmful, actual oxytocin release is good for you.
