If Michigan is anything like Wisconsin (which I have no reason to believe any different) you shouldn't need a jacket and shorts are going to be preferred, but I would bring some long pants just in case. It usually stays around 80 Freedom Units with decently high humidity. It won't get above 100 Freedom Units and I wouldn't expect it to get below 60 Freedom Units.
