6 piece sashimi lunches. Drink lots of water. Nice expresso coffee (black). Maybe even some lean burgers (grill and drain the fat) with mashed sweet potatos mixed with rosemary (no more than 100gr of either meat or sweet potatoes for a total of 200gr max), siggi 0% skyr mixed with berries (again 100 max of each).
This is a healthy diet that is expensive but tasty and it will help you ease your way back to green salads and egg whites

Try intermittent fasting. Basically you just skip breakfast and then start eating like 6 hours after you wake up. It should help you remove an extra 300-400kcals or so which will get you going down again

I was told that eating breakfast first thing in the morning helps facilitate weight loss because it jump starts your metabolism. I pretty much eat within 30-60 min after waking up and I'll usually have three hard boiled eggs (or two scrambled with egg whites) plus a cup of raw spinach. So, I'm new to this whole thing, anorexia and fa in general.
For some background info, I'm 5'3 currently at 125 (2 days ago I was 120, but had a bad binge over the weekend for my birthday.) Bust 36 inches, waist 26.5, hips 35.
I've been under 500 calories a day since about September, though I usually stay within the 300 range. Since September I think I've lost around 20-30 pounds, I can't say exactly because I didn't start actively recording my weight and junk until around Feb.
I've been pretty happy with my results, I know I'm still very new to this so I'm not expecting much yet, but I was curious about if/when I might start seeing any progress in the thigh area. Like, will literally anyone get to "thigh gap"/stick leg status if they go skele enough or are there some body types where it's just basically impossible without some kind of serious holocaust level trauma?
I'll admit, I do not exercise much outside my daily routine of walking around my very mountainous college campus to get to classes and lifting shipment at work, I'm kind of afraid of gaining muscle.
I'm just confused about the thigh area, hear conflicting information. Some say its impossible to change your thighs drastically, others say it is. Do you just have to be born like this to get to say, pic related? Or can I dream?

Ah thank you, this has been really helpful. My ultimate goal, in numbers at least, is 100. But really I'm just going until I get the look I want. If my stomach is flat and my thighs thin, I'll be happy regardless of what the scale says.
Right now though I'm taking it chunks at a time, little monthly goals. By the end of May I hope to be between 115-120. 115 being the real goal, but if I'm within that range I wont consider myself a failure at least.

Yes. At 5' 3" and 125-lbs, college age, your TDEE is about 1550kcal. If you go in a 500kcal deficit you'll lose a pound a week (rule of thumb that has been super accurate for most). That's 1050kcal per day to lose weight fast.

I didn't know your age so I just guessed, but age doesn't change it much.

I think what is happening is you are misjudging how many calories you are eating. It's actually very hard to be accurate counting calories. It takes some practice, so, really pay attention to it. When you thought you were eating 1000, you were eating more if you were barely making progress.

If you really want to do this, and not end up fainting, malnurished, and getting people worried - you have to do it gradually. Gradually is better because you learn how to maintain being skelle, and manage it. When you do it gradually your hair stays good, your nails look good, your skin looks good, you can think, etc. etc. - at least certainly better than if you starve yourself.

Notice how skinny you can get eating relatively reasonable amounts of food? It's all about being consistent, accurate in counting calories, not starving yourself. Oh, and make sure you make your calories count - don't eat bullshit, eat healthy food because you need vitamins and minerals when you do this.

According to that Loser Town calculator if you ate 1100kcal daily, starting today, you'd weigh 100-lbs by December. That's not THAT far away.

5’8’’, 55 kg. Almost 3 months in, lost 10 kg. Just cut out the bread, sugar and focus on eating veggies, protein, 3 meals a day, snacking sometimes on fruits or some filling low kcal stuff. But I also had some “cheat days” due to some social events, where I had to drink alcohol. Key was to stay under my limit so I didn’t gain.
Had a miserable one week binge ( gained half a kilo ) recently because of some bad shit in my life but the next days I just kept the calorie intake lower and am back to 55 kg. At the end of the day it’s just about control and commitement to it.

Not sure on your height, but, you can absolutely eat a cheeseburger in the end. Skip the fries though. A big cheeseburger might be around 800-900kcal. If you are average height and your weight is 140 you might have a TDEE around 1800kcal/day. So eating that often would probably be a bad idea, but the occasional cheeseburger won't kill you.

You can also vary your calories. So like two days a week eat 2100kcal so you get your burgers in, then the other five days eat 1600-1700kcal. As long as it averages out to your weekly TDEE you'd not gain weight.
