Depends upon what kind of actor.

If you're going more theatre, then hold off on tattoos as roles may have scenes and costumes where you are half naked. Many times, tattoos are seen as costly to the production company as they have to purchase makeup to cover up the tattoos.

Now if you're making small budget movies, probably same boat.

someone already said this i think, but if you're using threads like this to "shop" for tattoos, you're fuckin up.

that tattoo will look like shit if you get it from anyone who isn't the artist who made it or someone VERY similar in style (this goes for any good tattoo you see). and if you did actually know the artist who did that, I doubt he would do an exact replica of something he's already done anyways.

if you're not an active part in creating the tattoos you're gonna get, you're more than likely going to regret them because they have 0% of "you" in them, it's some bullshit you picked out of the shop book/the internet/some other guys tattoo.

So I hope you're actually getting something SIMILAR to that if you like it. But don't get THAT unless you literally have an appointment with the artist who did the one in your pic.

The setting is called Glorantha, there are a bunch of games set in it, not least of all the vidya classic called Kind Of Dragon Pass

Glorantha itself just got a book kickstarted, the whole setting described in two volumes of 500 pages each. It's got elves, and dwarves, but done with a brilliant amount of taste, mostly.

I do reccomend checking out the books and the game, it's all fucking brilliant even if you've never been too much into tabletops.
