Your face is relatively clean you got a couple blemishes nothing a little benzoyl peroxide can't cure, you got nice curly hair but that really limits you. Shave your beard and experiment with hair styles. You look like you have a square face so google face styles and see what's recommended for you. Weight wise you look fine but bordering on skinny fat, losing a few pounds rarely hurts anyone aesthetically. V-necks aren't effay and neither are plaid shirts. That's the extent of my fa knowledge regarding your three pics, hope I'm not falling for some bait
