The tiers/levels does not mean it's better since fashion is subjective.

It's supposed to mean that is more obscure-practican, avantgarde, underground but great quality I would say... I didn't made the original img, I found it and took interest in it that's why I made this thread.

So you guys make your own, google the obscure names I have never seen to learn more.

You noticed something very interesting indeed. But the answer is obvious. The color black is cutting edge, poetic, mysterious, elegant, etc. That doesn't means I can't enjoy pastels because I do enjoy everything /fa/ has going on atm.

Leon Emanuel Blanck should be in the same tier as h&m. Literally a /fa/ user who knocks off Google image search results for Aitor Throup and Carol Christian Poell without even taking the time to actually handle any of the garments. The guy is literally like a toddler if you've ever met him in person, he is seriously one of the most naive individuals I have ever spoken to in the fashion industry, comparable to Parson's freshmen who just moved from Indiana and dream of designing for J.Crew.

horikawa is pretty innovative, i don't see why not. i'm a diehard rick fan and rick is definitely better than juilus but like i said in my first post there's not enough tiers here to really get a good distribution and julius definitely doesn't belong on the same level as ervell and boris hackjan saberi

note the mention of cdg play in the shitty diffusion line entry. the lower entry for cdg refers to the main lines like homme, homme plus etc

Can someone please explain why old Raf can be considered above CCP? Not arguing, just curious.

>> No.11190418

>>11190378
Raf in general is more known to the general public than CCP. CCP has mostly been more experimental/avant-garde than Raf (yes, even old Raf). Raf has worked for major mainstream houses like Dior, while CCP only has had his own distribution companies and doesn't really sell that much stuff anymore. Now he almost only does custom orders in this withdrawn atelier style.

did a google search just now:
