Not really it's the most practical place to add weight. Combined with carbing up, sodium, and water, obviously. Maybe get 4-lbs of water weight, 2.5-lbs from the weighted butt plug, and 1.5-lbs from the lead dildo, that's 8-lbs! Wear some heavy underwear, eat a decent meal before... she's at 10-lbs!

Dude if you have to add weight with such things you DO have health problems and most likely mental problems too. I like skinny people, was skinny most of my life both due to genetics and my own decision, always hated fat people but that, that is just not right, I dont support eating disorders in every form. I just eat around 2100cals a day and lift weights 3 days a week.

How do I eat less and work a fast paced job? I'm a waitress, so it's very difficult for me to eat less calories. I try to eat less food from the restaurant, but I'm not able to bring breakfast/lunch/dinner from home. I have a weird split shift schedule, live in a spread out town, and don't drive, so once I bus into downtown there's no going home (meaning I'm not home between 9am-9pm). America has its ups and downs but yeah overall very happy to live here.

I weigh myself every day. Then I put it into MFP and a spreadsheet. Every Sunday I take the average of my weights through the week and that is what I consider to be my weight. When you weigh yourself every day, do it same time (first thing AM), but expect to see some pretty wild fluctuations. After you are used to seeing them they don't freak you out anymore, because you know your average will be in line.

I would think the fast pace would keep you from eating since you are busy? Are you calorie counting using an app? When you see you are using up your calories during the day it seems to stop the snacking and such. Does the restaurant have healthy food?

Yeah, when you go up because you ate too much sodium or something the day before, or haven't shit, or whatever... it seems to actually be a bit of extra motivation. Then on days where you weigh lower than you expected, you get some nice positive reinforcement. It's a bit autistic, but, really doesn't take very much time and you get a beautiful graph of data in the end of your weight loss.

Interesting. I was thinking of first trying to day fast on a weekend. Basically Friday night eat, then not eat until Saturday night, then not eat until Sunday night. Just to see how my body reacts during the day. Then the next weekend, if all goes well, skip Saturday nights meal and try a longer fast.

I think in your case 800kcal is too restrictive. Try 1100kcal and you will feel better. It'll help your mood. I'd love if you ate 1300kcal and were okay with no reaching your goal until early fall. Don't be too hard on yourself, as hard as that can be. Weight is one thing that makes us look better, but also people can tell if you are unhealthy and starving. If you eat those extra calories it'll only delay you a few months and you'll look better and feel better while in process.

I'd say you should do the 1100-1300kcal and exercise, especially since it can help elevate mood. Just do something light though, don't overdo it. 1300kcal still isn't much. It's all about balance.

I think there needs to be a balance. If you hate it just to hate it, you'll place undo stress on yourself and end up over reacting. It's better to be objective and say "hey, I'd like to drop some weight to get more comfortable with the way I look, but I'm going to get there in a healthy manor."

Some of you post actual pictures here and it is amazing how beautiful you are. Being hard on yourself is okay, but it should be in moderation so you aren't miserable. Meds kill my appetite so I don't eat much. Mostly eat rice and noodles plus some veggies. Bad habits are smoking, coffee, and drinking. Want to go into rehab for drinking but I don't know how I would deal without it.

I want to build my core up more. I was very fit a few years ago, being a semi-pro athlete. Back injury plus some other shit killed that so I'm pretty out of shape now. Building core will hopefully offset widish hips.

I only ever have one meal a day, something healthy and complete in terms of nutrition but in a fairly small portion that takes effort to cook. In terms of staying in control I would say just don't have anything in your house that can be consumed easily or keep the easy things healthy. If you only have that kind of stuff around it is pretty hard to fuck up too bad even if you binge massively. Besides that just drinking tons of diet soda is good for feeling full and smoking cigarettes. I take vitamin supplements too because I am probably missing out on some things.

The only time I would really go over that is drinking alcohol when socializing. I think it becomes easier the longer you stick to it too. You get used to having only smaller amounts of food and become full much more easily. Not to mention the more effort you have put in the less worth it that bit of junk food which will satisfy you immediately seems.
