I went through 2 weeks of alternating 250cal then 900 cal then 250 cal ... and hit my metabolic limit. I didnt lose anything despite cutting deep deficits.

I can barely remember those two weeks apart from clumsily dropping things everywhere and not being able to think but it took a week and a half of eating TDEE and exercise to get my metabolism back which involved putting on weight due to my shitty metabolism.

dont risk metabolic damage its frustrating as fuck and make your progress take longer, let alone the heightened risk of binging.

Id suggest asking for a small amount at first and go back for seconds but then get a another small plate. I've always heard that soda and alcohol hydrate you, but in practice i've never found that. Soda is mostly water, and there is some caffeine, but if I drink a bunch of it my pee is really white. However, if I google it, a lot seems to say that anything with caffeine dehydrates you.

I had~ 460 calories today not counting vitamins .
at midnight tonight, I’m eating 2 pints of halo top. That is ~2 lbs. Will probably bring me up to 108 or 109 since I have other food weight in me right now.

At 7am, I start drinking water. 2 hours is enough time for me to drink 3 lbs of water. That should be enough for weigh in. At this point, i’ve consumed 480 calories since midnight. After my weigh in , I fast all day (since I’ve exhausted my daily calories) and continue to fast through Friday night, taking laxatives at noon tomorrow morning that will get rid of my bloat and food weight by Friday morning.

If I have time tomorrow afternoon from 4-5, I’ll burn 250 calories on the treadmill as well.

I've been having a pretty amazing weight loss experience using Soylent. I drink three or four of these a day and nothing else, aside from the occasional normal meal once or twice a week. Alrighty then, here's a bit about it.

First, your stomach makes everything a liquid to begin with (acid and mechanical grinding). So it doesn't matter what state your food is in when you eat/drink it.

Poo isn't the food that goes in your mouth, it's the dead cells and bacteria that the body doesn't need anymore, along with water and the undigestable fiber. Drinking all liquids wouldn't actually change all that much. Eating foods that can't be digested easily like junk food makes for "shittier" poops, and eating foods high in fiber makes for harder poops. But yeah, you'll always poop if you're cycling cells and bacteria around, even if you're not eating solids. The corn/cheerios that are in poop are made of complex fibers that are hard to mush/digest, so they don't get absorbed.

I'm not an expert either, but I can see where you'd get the idea that the state of the food equals the state of the poo. Anatomy is pretty neat.

for 2tbsp unpopped it's 8g of fiber (the yellow is like 3g of fiber).
in Pop Secret it's only 5g and their serving is 3tbsp unpopped instead of two.

My weight loss has been slowing down, but, it seems to oscillate like that.
