Fat fuck here. I'm 5' 10" and 158-lbs. I'm slowly dropping but not very fast. How the fuck do you guys eat so little and operate? I need to cut out another 300kcal to keep going down but not sure where to cut from where I'll not be starving. I know I should just be starving but, I'm working hard and need something to keep me concentrating.

Here is my diet

>Salad with chicken, 600kcal or so

>Sushi and a beer, probably 600kcal worth of food and another 150kcal from beer.

I try to be really accurate on my calorie counting too, and it seems I'm generally close based on my results, but some days I wonder if calories sneak in I could avoid (less obvious ones than the beer).

Like salad dressing is a mystery to me. I try to avoid it but need some lubricant on the fucking thing. I get like vinaigrette if at a restaurant. At home I use the bullshit 20 calorie / tbsp stuff and just put a little on.

My tip for you: Avoid this foods, try to stop doing drugs, especially coffee which attacks your brain region for dividing energy throughout the day. The caffeine is like a fake substance which let the brain think it needs energy. You know it in form of being more awake and not so sleepy. Your brain then starts telling your body that it needs new energy fast, so it doesn't burn fat but submits the signal of hunger because new food can be transformed faster to energy than fat reserves. Try tea instead. It's caffeine isn't that aggresive and especially green tea which is a booster for your metabolism.
You want to achieve a high or fast metabolism in order to teach your body to handle amounts of food better

Np, to get skinny you need a good diet. As i said the coffe tricks your brain to eat. But sadly i don't know how to dominate the real feel of hunger.
For this i tell you one of my favourite foods.
German lentil soup. Also works with every other legumes like beans. They are high on protein and iron and low on fat. But the most important thing is that due to their amount of roughage you will stay longer time not hungry.
This is a typical food in winter when the body needs to activate it's reserves to survive the winter.
Also don't forget that your body needs a lot of energy to stay at a constant body temperature. So don't dress too warm and shower cold once in a while. This burns calories
