Hey I'm 5'11, 170 pounds (180cm, 77kg) and I want to make it down to 135-140 (61-63 kg) before September.. Taking into consideration that I'm in classes 8 hours a day and need energy to survive it, and have to eat a large normally high carb supper with my family, do you guys think its possible for me? Can I have some food suggestions, or tips or something. Also after supper I tend to feel really snacky, whether I'm bored craving something, how do I find the will power to stop that shit. please help i am a fatty mess
