ok I had a cup of coffee, an apple, a banana, and a bowl of rotini w/ pasta sauce. I think the coffee, apple, and banana are about 200 calories. is it possible that im still under 1000 cals for the day? I can't imagine the pasta being more than 800 calories but perhaps Im wrong. Would like to hear thoughts on this. Because Im vegan I sometimes cave into eating things with more flavor but im trying to curb that.
